• Regular Member--$65: Any chief association executive or his/her designee to represent a qualified association.
• Affiliate Member--$100: Any individual, business, firm, or organization.
• Associate Member--$25: Any individual serving in an executive position from a qualifying association or business may apply for this category as long as there is already a member representing the organization.
